BAUMATIK 300 sm

We offer driving technology using the Baumatik 300 SM machine.
There’s no stopping this persevering animal, this stubborn ox.
It is not afraid of rain nor frost.
It does its job well, quickly, and basically anywhere.

12 reasons
why to choose BERAMO

ANYWHERE

Founding buildings
even in less accessible
places  and in built-up
areas.

ANYTIME

We can even drive piles in the winter, when concreting could not be possible due to freezing weather.

Fast

We work up to 3x faster,
mainly because there
is no need to tie or place armour baskets, etc.)

UP TO 30% CHEAPER

Compared to drilled piles.
This is also due to the fact
that less human resources
are needed.

LESS BEARING SOILS

Not a problem!
We overcome them with the required pile length and support them in the bearing layer in the subsoil.

UNDEMANDING WORK

Pile driving is an effective trenchless technology
with minimal demands
on construction
readiness.

HIGHER BEARING CAPACITY

Compared to steel ground screws, pile driving has a higher bearing capacity and a service life that is not affected by corrosion.

VERIFICATION CHECK

With the help of a hydraulic lifting device, the bearing capacity of the selected
pile can be easily verified directly.

UP TO 5X LIGHTER

Lesser dynamic effects
on the surrounding
buildings. Easier and
cheaper transport.

PRECISION

Our work is relatively precise; we only work
with a minimum
deviation of about 5 cm.

LESS MATERIAL

Compared to drilled piles,
our driven piles (25 x 25 cm)
are almost 10 times smaller
in volume.

SAFETY

Safe working environment with a minimum of waste, which also makes us more environmentally friendly.

Technology

We offer the technology of driving prefabricated piles with the Baumatik 300 SM machine.

The six-tonne Baumatik 300 SM machine is equipped with a hammer weighing 1,100 kg and can generate energy up to 12 kJ. Such energy is sufficient to drive piles to the depth of up to 6 metres without pre-drilling.

The machine is also equipped with a drilling device,
so the piles can reach depths of up to 10 metres.
Thanks to its weight and dimensions, it has no problem getting to places where similar machines cannot.

Special belts help it to move more easily in the terrain
and always get it to the given place.

Piles

We will design ferroconcrete piles for you with regard to the
type of construction and geological conditions at the site.
The cross section of the piles is 20 x 20 cm, 25 x 25 cm,
with a maximum of 30 x 30 cm. The machine works without
the need for pre-drilling to depths of up to six metres,
which is the length of one pile. It can get to depths of six to ten metres with pre-drilling.
However, everything depends on the specific geology at the construction site. Thanks to our experience, we can help prevent problems and plan and implement even more complicated constructions.

Ferroconcrete piles are supplied by Centrum Pali,
which is the European market leader.
